1、 Overview

LWYThe series of turbine flow sensors (hereinafter referred to as sensors) are based on the principle of torque balance and belong to speed flow meters. Sensor push type hard alloy bearings have high accuracy, good reproducibility, sensitive response, high wear resistance, and are characterized by simple structure, easy installation, maintenance, and use. Widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, water supply, food, pharmaceuticals, papermaking, environmental protection, water treatment, mechanical equipment, etc., it is an ideal choice for flow measurementGuangzhou Minghong Automation Instrument Co., Ltd.

IIIThe fluid flows through the sensor housing. Due to the angle between the blades of the impeller and the flow direction, the impulse of the fluid causes the blades to have a rotational torque. After overcoming the friction torque and fluid resistance, the blades rotate. After the torque is balanced, the speed stabilizes. Under certain conditions, the speed is proportional to the flow rate. Due to the magnetic conductivity of the blades, they are in the magnetic field of the signal detector (composed of permanent magnet and coil). The rotating blades cut the magnetic field lines and periodically change the magnetic flux of the coil, causing electrical pulse signals to be induced at both ends of the coil. This signal is amplified and shaped by the amplifier, forming a continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude, which can be transmitted to the display instrument remotely to display the instantaneous flow rate or total amount of the fluid. Within the measurement range, the pulse frequency signal output by the sensor is directly proportional to the volume flow rate of the fluid, and this ratio is used as the instrument coefficientKexpress:

precautions

Sensors should be installed and used according to the standard flow range, nominal pressure, and flow direction markings on the nameplate. When in use, the tested fluid should be kept clean and free of impurities such as fiber particles.

Sensors are precision mechanical instruments. Due to the high rotational speed of the impeller during operation, sudden changes in flow rate can easily damage the impeller. Therefore, the valve should be slowly opened before each use1Slowly fill the sensor with fluid and then slowly open the outlet valve2It is strictly prohibited to subject the sensor to high-speed fluid impact when it is in a non fluid state, otherwise the sensor will be damaged! Do not abruptly close the valve2,Strictly prevent the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon.

The maintenance cycle of sensors is generally six months to one year, depending on the severity of the working conditions. During maintenance and cleaning, please be careful not to damage the parts inside the measuring chamber. Especially when assembling the impeller, please pay attention to the position relationship between the guide components and the impeller.

When the sensor is not in use, the internal liquid should be cleaned and protective covers should be added at both ends of the sensor to prevent dust and dirt from entering, and then stored in a dry place.

The matched filter should be cleaned regularly, and the internal liquid should be cleaned. Like the sensor, it should be placed in a dry place with a dust boot.

The transmission cable of the sensor can be laid overhead or buried underground (iron pipes should be covered when buried).
